OK, it’s not very Triduum like… unless of course, like me, you have to balance liturgical celebrations… and shopping for and making dinner. I’m up early this morning to go to Toronto’s St. Lawrence Market (farmers’ market) to buy Easter dinner. Check out Dawn Wells, aka Mary Ann from Gilligan’s Island, who demonstrates a unique way to peel an Idaho potato…without the use of a potato peeler!
